Video Insight continues to add features to the product at a dramatic pace. Each product includes the first year software maintenance allowing you to upgrade to the newest version for free. The following is a partial listing of the features future versions.

Video Insight 3.1 - Major Improvements (Currently Released)

Installer

  • Group Policy Editor option in User Manger (launches Windows Group policy, information on that is available on Wikipedia)
  • POS Support - POS events are logged into a searchable database (much like the motion log). When the event is clicked, the recorded video for that event plays

  • Ability to view server and camera operational status from the internet using a standard browser.
