Video Insight Emerald Program for Government Sector Integrators

Description

A Video Insight Emerald Level Integrator is a partner firm that has selected Video Insight as their solution of choice to meet their state and local government clients' security requirements. Emerald Level integrators must undergo a rigorous certification process that enables them to professionally install, integrate and support Video Insight solutions, specifically in the government sector.

In order to receive Emerald Level status the following requirements must be met:

  • The integrator must have performed the installation of at least twenty five instances of the Video Insight products in a multi server environment
  • The integrator must have at least one individual on staff that has achieved Advanced Certification from Video Insight. To achieve the advanced level, the individual must have attended an in depth training session in our Houston facility and have successfully passed the Advanced Certification examination.
  • The integrator must be registered as an approved bidder for government purchasing.
  • The integrator must hold all applicable licenses including security licenses and those required by the state government's agencies for code enforcement.
  • The integrator must be able to post any performance bond required by the contracting agency
  • The integrator must provide Video Insight with a list of references that can be contacted to ensure that the service provided by the integrator is consistent with Emerald level service.
  • All computer hardware provided by the integrator must be of a quality consistent with industry standards such as Dell.

Emerald Level status is awarded at the sole discretion of Video Insight. To ensure the continuing high level of service, the Emerald Level status must be renewed at the beginning of each calendar year.
